  • Publication number: 20030089266
Abstract: The invention concerns an arrangement of service positions (A1, A3, B2, B4) for maintenance apparatuses (14a-14d), which can travel on a guide rail (15, 16) along a multiplicity of similar workstations (13) on a first side of a textile machine (10), wherein a maintenance apparatus (14a, 14d) in a first service position (B2, B4) at the elevation of a machine framing (12) of the textile machine can be pivoted away from, or transversely withdrawn from the guide rail (15, 16). In accord with the invention, per side of the textile machine (10) at least two maintenance apparatuses (14a-14c) are exclusively assigned thereto, whereby the guide rail (15, 16) on the first side at least at one end of the textile machine (10) is elongated beyond the said textile machine and a second service position (A1, A3) is placed on the elongated guide rail (15-16).

  • Patent number: 6541311
Abstract: A lead frame is configured with conductor leads, a dam bar and an extension between the conductor leads. The extension projects from the dam bar toward a central region of the lead frame. An electronic component is mounted on the lead frame and is brought into electrical contact with inner leads. The component and the lead frame are encased by injection molding. The extension is then isolated from the rest of the lead frame and is removed from the housing body. Thus a separating face is produced between the housing body and the extension. The separating face is used as a reference when positioning the component in a test socket.

  • Publication number: 20020023422
Abstract: In open-end spinning and in coordination with predetermined operating phases, a yarn suction pipe 3 by means of which a yarn F extending from a bobbin 121 is to be received temporarily is brought successively into different operating planes Ea, Eb in which the yarn suction pipe 3 is imparted a defined operational movement in function of the operating planes Ea, Eb occupied and in coordination with the current operating phase. The operating positions 3b, 3c of the yarn suction pipe 3 that can be moved into at least two operating planes Ea, Eb are defined in such manner that when the yarn suction pipe 3 is in its operating position 3b, 3c in a first operating plane Ea, a yarn F extending from the bobbin 121 pressing on winding roller 120 to the yarn suction pipe 3 crosses the traversing range of the yarn traversing guide 126 but is outside the traversing range of this yarn traversing guide 126 when the yarn suction pipe 3 assumes its operating position 3A in an additional operating plane Eb.

  • Publication number: 20020020456
Abstract: During the pneumatic holding of a yarn F spun from fibers, the intensity of the air stream holding the yarn F is changed in adaptation to the prevailing working conditions. Such a change in intensity of this air stream can take place here in adaptation to different work phases and/or to the character of the held yarn F, in order to reduce the intensity of the air stream, a secondary air stream is fed to it at a point which is not reached by the yarn F held by the air stream, or the cross-section of the line 203, 22, 233, 240, 250 conveying the air stream is changed. The line 203, 22, 233, 240, 250 is associated with an air control device 9 which influences the intensity of the air stream and is connected to a control device 5 which can be adjusted or programmed to take various working conditions into account. By means of the air control device an opening can be controlled through which the line can be connected to the atmosphere surrounding it.

  • Patent number: 6057595
Abstract: The integrated semiconductor circuit has a semiconductor chip, a housing that accommodates the semiconductor chip, and a lead frame that connects the contact areas of the semiconductor chip and forms external terminals of the integrated semiconductor circuit. The conductors of the lead frame are sunk, in the regions of the housing in which the distance between the edge of the housing and the semiconductor chip is relatively large, to the central plane of the housing, with the result that the conductors of the lead frame have depressions in those regions.
