    Abstract: A method and portable device provide multi-band, multi-antenna signal communication in a portable device having wireless communication capability. A portable device comprises a single loop multi-feed (SLM) antenna system which includes a continuous conductive ring located along and adjacent to a first device periphery area. The SLM antenna system also comprises multiple communication feeds each respectively coupled to one of multiple transceivers and to the conductive ring. The SLM antenna system includes multiple ground connection points each of which is coupled to a ground plane. Each ground connection point is selectively positioned at a corresponding location on the continuous conductive ring in order to configure, within the SLM antenna system, multiple corresponding antenna elements.

    Abstract: A multi-sided camera module, having a multiple lenses directed in different directions and multiple image sensors in a housing frame is disclosed. The multiple lenses can selectively be aligned with any of the multiple image sensors by positioning a mirror assembly disposed in an internal region of the housing frame to relay images received from any one of the lenses to any one of the image sensors. Such multi-sided camera modules can be included in electronic devices in which a camera pointing in a particular direction is necessary for specific functionality, such as taking digital photographs or conducting video conferences.

    Abstract: A wireless communication device and method (600) with enhanced antenna farm, is disclosed. The method (600) comprises: providing (610) a double molded rear housing including a first shot module including an antenna farm located on an interior shell surface and a second shot module; providing (620) a front housing including a user interface configured to allow a user to perform a desired function; and locating (630) a controller between the front and the rear housing, the controller configured to control the operations of a wireless communication device. Advantageously, the method provides a common platform that is universal and easily customizable for any region or desired feature set. Advantageously, the method contributes to allowing an antenna designer enhanced freedom to design an antenna farm, by using the interior shell surface (20) to place antennas.
