  • Patent number: 10125193
Abstract: Provided are methods of generating chimeric antigen receptors (CAR). In some embodiments, library screening of CAR is performed by generating a vector encoding the CAR from random attachment of vectors from libraries of vectors encoding antigen-binding domains (e.g., scFv regions), hinge regions, and endodomains. In some embodiments, the vectors contain a transposon.

  • Publication number: 20180231976
Abstract: A driving assist system for a vehicle includes a driver monitoring system that includes a plurality of sensors disposed in a vehicle and sensing driver hand positions of a driver driving the vehicle. A control includes a processor operable to process data sensed by the sensors to determine the driver hand positions of the driver driving the vehicle. The control, responsive to processing of data sensed by the sensors and at least in part responsive to the determined sensed driver hand positions, is operable to determine a level of attentiveness of the driver. • Publication number: 20180225530
Abstract: A vision system for a vehicle includes a camera and a control. The control determines information on traffic signs and determines whether an indicated speed limit is for the lane being traveled by the vehicle. The vision system determines whether the indicated speed limit is for the lane being traveled by the vehicle responsive to a determination that the sign is at the left side of the lane and has an indicator representative of the right side of the lane and leaves the field of view at its left side, determination that the sign is at the right side of the lane and has an indicator representative of the left side of the lane and leaves the field of view at its right side, or determination of a speed limit sign at both sides of the road being traveled by the vehicle with both signs indicating the same speed limit.

  • Patent number: 10043091
Abstract: A vision system of a vehicle includes a camera and an image processor. The camera is configured to be disposed at a vehicle so as to have a field of view exterior of the vehicle. The image processor is operable to process image data captured by the camera to classify patterns of retroreflective reflectors present in the field of view of the camera. The image processor compares determined patterns of retroreflective reflectors to a database of patterns and classifies patterns of retroreflective reflectors at least in part responsive to determination that determined patterns of retroreflective reflectors generally match a pattern of the database. The image processor may compare movement of determined patterns of retroreflective reflectors and pattern movements of the database over multiple frames of captured image data and may classify the retroreflective reflectors at least in part responsive to determination that the movements generally match.

  • Patent number: 10009301
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs stored on a computer-readable storage medium, for peer-to-peer location-based messaging. In some implementations, a mobile device selectively displays displayable messages associated with beacons corresponding to specific locations that the mobile device visits. The mobile device can extract identifiers from wireless messages from beacons and determine whether to display a message corresponding to a beacon based on filter parameters of a user and data indicating characteristics of a property where a beacon is located. The displayable messages corresponding to beacons can be messages users who associated with the beacons have previously designated for presentation upon detection of the beacons. The mobile device can displays the displayable message for a beacon while the mobile device is a detection range to receive the wireless message from the beacon.

  • Publication number: 20180063684
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for providing location-based messages using social network information. In some implementations, data received from a user device includes identifying data for a wireless transmitter detected by the user device. Stored data that indicates messages corresponding to wireless transmitters at different locations is accessed. The stored data may associate content of a social network with the wireless transmitters. A message corresponding to the wireless transmitter is determined based on the stored data. The determined message is provided for display at the user device while the user device is in proximity of the wireless transmitter.

  • Publication number: 20170124406
Abstract: A customization system for a vehicle includes a control operable to generate an output in a vehicle, with the output being a visual output, an audible output and/or a haptic output. An occupant recognition system is operable to recognize a particular occupant in the vehicle. The control accesses previously input occupant selections that are stored in a memory of the customization system. Responsive to the occupant recognition system recognizing a particular occupant of the vehicle, the control accesses previously input occupant selections associated with that particular occupant and, responsive to an accessed previously input occupant selection corresponding to a current date or vehicle status or location, the control generates a predetermined output for that particular occupant that corresponds to the current date or vehicle status or location.
