    Abstract: The cleat of the present invention integrated with a shoe has a dual structure of a movable upper part and a fixed lower part, so that an effect is achieved in that a rider moves a pedal shaft on the flat ground and the inclined ground by simply moving the shoe. It is convenient to switch between a first stage mode and a second stage mode on the flat ground by simply changing the location of a foot while riding the bicycle.
