    Abstract: The present invention deals broadly with the field of plumbing. More narrowly, however, it deals with apparatus for controlling flow through a fluid supply line. The preferred embodiment of the invention is directed to a mechanism for automatically terminating flow through a fluid supply line when flow through the line continues for a period of time greater than a defined time, such as when a break in the line occurs.
