    Abstract: A window shade for a motor vehicle is made of a generally rectangular sheet of material and provided with substantially straight upper, lower and side edges. The sheet is provided with an axial fold line and a plurality of radial fold lines emanating from the approximate intersection of the axial fold line and the bottom edge and extending between the top and the side edges to form a plurality of triangular panels and to permit the sheet to fold in accordion fashion.
