    Abstract: A baby changing mat comprising a central padded body with a raised sill extending about a majority of the edge of the body and a pair of straps for holding a baby to the mat. The mat is formed from a flexible material and has at least one centrally located transverse stabilizing member to which the straps may be anchored. Extra padding may be provided for the baby's head.
