    Abstract: A water filter for recreational vehicles (RV) is provided which includes a ceramic filter element having a radial flange attached thereto. The flange facilitates filter assembly and replacement of the filter element in the filter housing. The method of use describes a quick and easy method of replacing the filter element which is advantageous to unskilled persons in assembling and attaching the water filter to the RV.
