The drawer assembly includes: a drawer body defining a longitudinal axis and configured to be mounted to a track system to allow moving towards and away from the cargo area along the longitudinal axis; and a utility module pivotally mounted to the drawer body about an axis arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The utility module is pivotable between a storage position, where the utility module is received within the drawer body, and an access position, where the utility module is arranged to extend away from the drawer body.

Abstract: Treated egg products are provided for imparting the flavor of egg to foods that include egg yolk treated simultaneously with protease and phospholipase. Food flavoring composition are also provided for imparting the flavor egg that can be used in lower amounts than whole egg or egg yolk. Additionally, methods are provided for preparing the egg flavored food compositions. Such egg yolk compositions are prepared by the simultaneous application of phospholipase enzyme and protease enzyme. The method further includes egg flavored food products, such as mayonnaise and salad dressings, which are prepared with the food flavoring composition. The egg flavor compositions can be used in a variety of food products to provide egg flavor and enhanced functionality.

Abstract: While traditional wind chimes typically produce pleasing sounds, the notes are random and at the mercy of which way the wind blows. The Captive Wind Chime overcomes this by keeping the chimes stationary and instead using a striker attached to a spinning rod to play notes in order. With the addition of one or more other “layers” of chimes and strikers, it can also produce polyphonic chords. Because of the pivoting blades and clutch the speed of the notes are partially regulated, allowing in its simplest form the rendition of traditional public domain melodies such as “God Bless America” or “How Great Thou Art”. Abstract: An acidic sweetener is provided that is a single additive effective to provide both sweetness and acidity to a food item or other comestible. Preferably, the acidic sweetener has a low glycemic index value to generally improve the nutritional profile of the comestible to which it is added. A method to produce a food item using the acidic sweetener is also provided. The method converts a syrup sweetener to the acidic sweetener additive. In a preferred form, the method uses an enzyme mixture of glucose oxidase and catalase to convert a portion of the glucose in the syrup sweetener into gluconic acid.

Abstract: A motorcycle transport rack includes a pivotable crescent shaped channel cradling the front wheel of a motorcycle. The motorcycle front wheel is rolled into the channel causing the channel to pivot forward, lock in place and rise rearwardly preventing rearward exiting of the motorcycle while in place. The crescent shaped cradle holds the motorcycle in place without the need for raising the front or rear wheels of the motorcycle over an impediment blocking its removal. An optional guide base member is provided. The motorcycle transport rack can be used to tow disabled motorcycles or transport motorcycles in use.

Abstract: A wheel lift tow accessory device includes coupling knuckles which are pinned to the ends of the piston rods of two hydraulic cylinders, which are used to deploy and retract the rotatable arms of the wheel lift arm accessories. A plate of the wheel lift arm accessory has a recess to couple with a groove in the attachment knuckle. The plate is welded to the rotating subassembly of each of the two wheel lift arm accessories. A rotary cam pin lock is securely welded to the same subassembly and positioned in registration with the open end of the recess is used to lock the knuckle securely in place or to permit its withdrawal from the recess when detaching each removable wheel lift arm.

Abstract: An assembly of three useful components for towing, such as a unique three stage telescopic boom, a tow bar assembly and a wheel lift assembly. The boom has a cable winch and cable for lifting and accommodating the tow bar assembly, which are both available to tow a disabled vehicle, in conjunction with the alternate wheel lift assembly operable off the rear deck of a tow truck. The tow truck wrecker has three significant towing components not combined in other tow trucks. The three necessary components organized under the present invention are always accessible and easily stored in respective positions, which minimize visual obstructions to the tow truck operator from within the cab of the tow truck wrecker.
