Abstract: A visible traffic controller permitting free flow of desired traffic in one direction while preventing reverse flow of undesired traffic in the opposite direction, and comprised of a low profile support or frame superimposed over an unaltered pavement surface and characterized by replaceable barrier modules each having several barrier blades for tire engagement and yieldingly biased for depression by a balancing spring means positioning a trunnion support therefor.
