    Abstract: Process for coloring synthetic polyamide textile materials which comprises applying to the said textile materials by a dyeing, padding or printing process, an aqueous dispersion of pH less than 7 of a disperse dyestuff containing at least one carboxylic acid group and in the presence of a tanning agent, whereby level colorations are obtained which have excellent wet fastness properties.
