  • Patent number: 11958374
Abstract: An electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) is provided with an integrated arc fault detection circuit interruption (AFCI) device to supply electricity to an electric vehicle (EV) being a load. The EVSE comprises a coupler and an AFCI device including: a controller including a processor and a memory, circuitry and computer-readable firmware code stored in the memory which, when executed by the processor, causes the controller to: detect an arcing level of arcing between the coupler and a charge port of the EV or any other series or parallel arcing within the EVSE, compare the arcing level to a threshold level to determine a hazardous nature of arching, and analyze the arcing level to determine not only if it is currently hazardous but if it is likely to become hazardous in a near term and recommend repair or replacement of the coupler and the charge port before damage occurs.

  • Patent number: 10093156
Abstract: The protective film for vehicle window is a protective window film that is adapted for use with a vehicle. The protective film for vehicle window is adapted for use with the windshield of the vehicle. The protective film for vehicle window is applied to the windshield. The protective film for vehicle window is adapted to protect the windshield from damage by deflecting debris that falls upon the windshield during travel. The protective film for vehicle window is texturized. The protective film for vehicle window comprises a protective sheeting and an adhesive. The adhesive attaches the protective sheeting to the windshield.

  • Patent number: 7716893
Abstract: A wall resurfacing kit for allowing users to quickly and easily resurface a damaged wallpapered surface includes a plurality of rectangular mesh screen sheets. The plurality of mesh screen sheets are made of fiberglass and are directly attachable to the wallpapered surface. The wall resurfacing kit further includes a reinforcing member. The reinforcing member is applied directly onto the mesh screen sheets such that the reinforcing member penetrates through the mesh screen sheets. The reinforcing member directly couples the plurality of mesh screen sheets to the wallpapered surface. The wall resurfacing kit further includes a set of instructions indicating a decoration mode. The decoration mode is used to decorate the wallpapered surface.

  • Publication number: 20090084930
Abstract: A concrete form for pouring a polygonal column includes a plurality N of plate members arranged to form a polygonal tube having N sides, where N is an integer greater than or equal to three. The form further comprises a reinforcing framework including a plurality of ring assemblies longitudinally spaced along the tube and interconnected by a plurality of circumferentially spaced longitudinal members. Each ring assembly extends circumferentially about the tube and comprises N ring segments each having an inner surface bearing against an outer surface of a respective one of the plate members, and an outer surface formed as a circular arc. The outer surfaces of the N ring segments collectively form a substantially circular outer surface. The form also includes a plurality of clamps respectively encircling the circular outer surfaces of the ring assemblies and being releasably tightened thereabout.

  • Patent number: 4754510
Abstract: A body pillow is provided for enfolding the body of a user at rest. The body pillow is typically an elongated flexible member having an upper section adapted to enfold the upper body and arms of the user and a lower section adapted to lie between and enfold the legs of the user. The upper body section comprises a flexible material forming an enclosure having a generally oval configuration in the vertical plane and having a filling of sufficient cushioning material whereby the upper section readily conforms to the contour of the body and embracing arms of the user. The lower leg section also comprises a flexible material forming an enclosure having a generally oval configuration in the horizontal plane and a filling of sufficient cushioning material whereby the lower section holds the legs of the user in spaced relationship and readily conforms to the contour of the legs. In one embodiment a body pillow cover is employed to provide protective and decorative features.

  • Patent number: 4230048
Abstract: A railroad car has an elongated cylindrical car body formed of thin cylindrical longitudinal walls and closed at each end by a respective end wall, a coupler at each end of the car body for coupling the car to other cars, a truck at each end of the car body, and a supporting structure mounted on each of the trucks for supporting the car body on the respective truck for transport on rails. As described, the end walls are conical and truncated, the longitudinal and end walls comprising continuously wound filaments impregnated with resin with the filaments lying in the longitudinal walls at an angle of less than 30.degree. to the longitudinal direction and extending in the end walls to the region of the truncation.

  • Patent number: 4037787
Abstract: A method of supplemental irrigation of substantial areas, for supplying water to plants and for conserving water already in the plants and in the soil, by placing in the atmosphere over the area a fog of water particles which particles are of a size such that they tend to settle rather slowly. They will thereby have a residence time in the air around the plants, and can drift appreciable distances with slow air movement. According to the preferred method, the majority of the droplets will have a diameter between about 10 and about 200 microns, the mass median diameter being about 50 microns. The method comprehends generating this fog and, if necessary, blowing it to areas which require it.
