Abstract: A computerized method of automated device efficacy determination for multiple monitor devices includes receiving streaming data including multiple health data values sensed by multiple monitor devices, each value indicative of health status of one or more members, and identifying first and second health data values from first and second target ones of the multiple monitor devices. The method includes determining first and second measured health status values of first and second ones of the members according to the identified first and second health data values, and aggregating the determined first measured health status value of the first member with the determined second measured health status value of the first member or the measured health status value of the second member. The method includes comparing the aggregated measured health status values to a target device efficacy threshold to determine an outcome-based device efficacy of the first and second target monitor devices.

Abstract: A method performed by a system for processing healthcare transactions is disclosed herein. The method comprises: receiving, by the cloud computing platform and the mainframe platform, a request for coverage of a service received by a member under a health insurance plan; assessing, by the mainframe platform, coverage of the service under the health insurance plan; determining, by the cloud computing platform, a first and a second healthcare attribute associated with the service; receiving, by the mainframe platform, the first healthcare attribute and the second healthcare attribute; and generating, by the mainframe platform, a response to the request for coverage of the service under the health insurance plan indicating the value associated with the second healthcare attribute, wherein the response is generated in response to a value associated with the first healthcare attribute being greater than a value associated with the second healthcare attribute.

Abstract: A computerized method of capturing monitor device data in a blockchain includes receiving a product identifier and product registration information for a monitor device supplied by a vendor. The method includes generating a secret device key for the monitor device. The method includes configuring the monitor device with the secret device key. The method includes receiving a member identifier and member registration information for a member associated with the monitor device. The method includes generating, by a blockchain secret member key ledger, a secret member key. The method includes linking the secret member key with the monitor device. The method includes receiving, by a blockchain secret member-device association ledger, an associated pair of the secret device key with the secret member key to store the associated pair for further authentication and authorization by the blockchain secret member-device association ledger.

Abstract: A computer system includes memory configured to store a universal data curation platform including multiple device profiles each including multiple fields for storing received device attributes in a standardized format. A processor is configured to execute instructions that include registering a first monitor device of a first vendor with a first member, registering a second monitor device of the first vendor or a second vendor with the first member or a second member, and receiving streaming health data from the devices. The instructions include transforming and storing multiple data values sensed by the first and second monitor device into standardized format device attributes of device profiles corresponding to the first and second monitor devices, and supplying the stored standardized format device attributes to at least one data analysis engine to determine one or more health characteristics of at least one of the first member and the second member.

Abstract: Methods and systems for processing data inquiries are described. In one embodiment, data from a data source can be received, a data processing request indicating a request to perform a first function can be received, and a first identifier associated with a user can be determined based on the received data. A table storing a plurality of adjudication results including a plurality of field parameters may be accessed. The plurality of adjudication results in the table can be filtered by determining which of the plurality of adjudication results includes one of the plurality of field parameters having a value that matches or corresponds to the selected field value to create a first subset of filtered adjudication results from the plurality of adjudication results. The first subset of adjudication results can be transmitted when the processor determines that at least one adjudication result of the plurality of adjudication results is within the first subset. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.

Abstract: A digital health solution system includes: a virtual pharmacy comprising one or more processors configured to operate a web portal for user devices via a network, the web portal serving as a marketplace for products and services available from vendors for consumption by users; a transaction processing module configured to: receive, via a network, a transaction from a vendor regarding one or more of the products and services consumed by one or more users via the virtual pharmacy for payment to the vendor; adjudicate the transaction using adjudication rules stored in memory; bill an entity for the use of the one or more of the products and services associated with the one or more users when the adjudication of the transaction passes; and transmit, via a network, a response regarding the transaction to the vendor.
