When the client receives an electronic communication, the client queries a reputation data store for reputation information regarding the source of the electronic communication. The client receives the reputation information from the reputation data store and displays the reputation information to the user. The user then decides whether to interact with the source of the electronic communication based on the displayed reputation information. Alternatively, an administrator may decide whether the user may interact with the source of the electronic communication.

The devices contain substances such as odorants or medications which slowly permeate into the mouth. The preferred embodiment has a mushroom shaped head, containing the active substance, with a stem that engages between teeth to hold the device in place.

Abstract: A fastening device [or belt] comprising a strip of colored plastic molded in a desired shape with one surface being substantially flat. At both ends of the strip are a plurality of loops. The loops may be interlocked to surround and secure an object, or the loops may be directly attached to the object to be secured. Two strips may be interlocked with each other to create a larger strip. [Also claimed are methods for making this fastening device or belt by open mold or injection molding processes.

Abstract: This invention involves a stretchable elastomer floss and elastomer floss disposable units, plus related devices for packaging the floss, dispensing the floss, and for holding the ends of the elastomer floss when the elastomer floss units are in use. The elastomer floss units are manufactured by extrusion or injection molding.

Abstract: A disposable dental floss pick comprising a length of floss filament bonded to a plastic handle. The floss pick may be either a single plastic layer with the floss on top or a laminate comprising two plastic layers with the floss in between. Also, a method of rapidly and economically producing a dental floss pick utilizing continuous or progressive steelrule die cutting is described.

Abstract: Disclosed are devices and methods for forming a denture in a tray either in-situ in the mouth of a dental patient or against a model of the gums. A tray which is adapted to hold false teeth and which formable is fitted or conformed to the gums of the patient, or to an impression of the gums of the patient, while employing a spacer to separate said formable tray and gums or impression of the gums, said spacer having a thickness representing approximately the thickness of the denture-forming plastic material desired in the denture. The resulting conformed tray with the spacer separated provides a former into which liquid curable denture-forming material is then placed. The resulting assembly can then be inserted into the mouth where pressure is applied and the denture-forming material cures to form the denture which is thereafter separated from the former.

Abstract: A method of producing an imprinting device having a supporting member and an impression conforming film thereon comprising depositing a thin, conformable elastomeric coating on a web from a mixture of resinous elastomer, filler and liquid solvent, drying the coating to form a film; applying a coating of wet ink on one surface of the film and bonding the film to the supporting member and the method of producing the thin flat conformable film.
