Abstract: The present invention is a method of using a computer to create, maintain, modify and customize a database based scheduling calendar capable of coordinating availability schedules of physicians, technicians, equipment, facilities and any other component required for the scheduled delivery of a service to a customer, patient or other consumer and for interactively creating and viewing reports as to the status of appointments, schedules, customers, service providers and resources.
