Abstract: There is provided networks, systems and displays for providing derived data and predictive information for use in emergencies; and in particular for use in wildfire emergencies. More particularly, there is provided systems, equipment and networks for the monitoring and collecting of raw data regarding fire emergencies, both real time and historic. In embodiments, this raw data is then analyzed to provide derived data, predictive data, virtual data, and combinations and variations of this data, which depending upon the nature of this data may be packaged, distributed, displayed and used in various setting and applications to mitigate, avoid and manage the emergency, including a wildfire emergency. In an embodiment the external fire management system has a control system that has hydration plan control commands.

Abstract: A fire retardant delivery system for use with a source of carrier for protection from wildfire is provided. The system includes a retardant tank for storing a fire retardant. The retardant tank is in fluid communication with the source of carrier. A metering valve is constructed and arranged to meter a flow of fire retardant injected into the carrier discharged from the source of carrier to maintain a predetermined proportion of fire retardant to carrier, thereby creating a fire retardant and carrier mixture. At least one distribution nozzle is configured to deliver the fire retardant and carrier mixture to a desired area.

Alternatively, the system includes a fire retardant tank fluidly coupled with a carrier provided from a suitable source. The retardant tank and the carrier joined in a tank arrangement. A supply of a motive source is in fluid communication with the tank arrangement. An activation system disperses the supply of the motive source into the tank arrangement so that the fire retardant and the carrier are mixed into a fire retardant and carrier mixture after actuation of the activation system. At least one distribution nozzle delivers the fire retardant and carrier mixture to a desired area.
