The method includes receiving, from the client device, a user interaction with a social networking platform and increasing the line-of-credit as a function of the user's interaction with the social networking platform. The method includes receiving, from the user, a selection of a digital content file located on the digital content distribution platform and providing the user with access to the selected digital content file if a limit of the line-of-credit exceeds an associated cost of the selected digital content file, and then decreasing the line-of-credit by at least a portion of the line-of-credit.

Protected content stored in a memory of a computer is enciphered using a content key to produce a quantity of enciphered, protected content, wherein the content key is derived from a content encryption algorithm. A user key is derived from user credentials using a credential encryption algorithm. The content key is enciphered with the user key using a content key encryption algorithm to produce a certificate, wherein the certificate contains the enciphered content key. Access to the protected content is controlled by the user credentials and the certificate containing a second enciphered content key. A decryption user key is generated and access authorization to the protected content is determined based on the decryption user key in response to a match of the decryption user key with the user key.

    Abstract: A general feature of the present invention is to provide a dual authorizing system and method to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards and E-signature. To do so, a third party verifier is provided to ensure that the rightful owner of the credit card or E-signature approves of the transaction before the purchase is completed between the merchant and the credit card user. This is accomplished by linking the owner's Internet address or addresses or other communication device address to the credit card number, and storing this information with the third party verifier, such as an Authorization agent. Once the card is used to make a purchase, the Authorization agent is notified of the purchase. The Authorization agent then pulls the corresponding Internet address or communication address for the credit card number, then sends an approval request message to the owner at the owner's Internet address or communication device.
