  • Publication number: 20260162104
Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for providing rapid approval of blockchain-based transactions. This includes approval of transactions prior to the transaction being written to the blockchain. A transaction system can register with a transaction manager, such as a cloud-based or cloud transaction manager, which can maintain a queue of pending transactions and provide approval for transactions in real-time or near real-time, while later verifying the pending transactions are written into the blockchain as expected. This allows the transaction system to securely confirm the transaction is approved prior to the transaction being written in the blockchain, based on a real-time or near real-time analysis of each customer's corresponding account and transactions.

  • Patent number: 12626294
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, software, and computer-implemented methods for autonomous conversational ordering using AI technologies. An example method includes receiving one or more input messages from a user via a dialogue user interface (UI). The method further includes generating, by a first large language model (LLM), one or more output messages based on the one or more input messages and information of a provider. The method further includes transmitting the one or more output messages to the user via the dialogue UI. The method further includes determining, by a second LLM, that the user has submitted a request associated with an order with the provider. The method further includes generating a description of the request in a format in compliance with an order processing system of the provider and transmitting the description to the order processing system.

  • Patent number: 12602911
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, software, and computer-implemented methods for automatically identifying handwritten tips. An example method includes obtaining an image of a receipt, where the image includes a reference region in a pre-set format, a plurality of category identifiers, and at least one set of handwritten characters. The reference region and the plurality of category identifiers can be printed. The plurality of category identifiers can be located at pre-set positions relative to the reference region. The method further includes obtaining optical character recognition (OCR) information of the image and identifying the reference region from the OCR information based on the pre-set format of the reference region. The method further includes determining a plurality of amounts based on the OCR information and the reference region, where at least one of the plurality of amounts is associated with a tip category.

  • Publication number: 20250252766
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to order recognition methods and systems using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. In one example, a method includes obtaining, using an image sensor, an image of a first page of an ordering form. The ordering form includes one or more pages, each page including names of items and indicator fields. At least one indicator field of the first page is marked to indicate a corresponding item being ordered. The method further includes determining an order based on the image of the first page and one or more templates associated with the one or more pages of the ordering form. The order includes one or more items selected on the first page of the ordering form. Each template includes items and locations of indicator fields associated with a corresponding page of the ordering form. The method further includes transmitting the determined order to an order processing system.

  • Publication number: 20250193638
Abstract: This specification generally relates to a method and system for providing curbside pickup. In one example method, an order to be fulfilled via curbside delivery is received at a merchant, where the order is associated with a first entity. The merchant receives a notification of arrival of the first entity to or within a pre-determined area associated with the merchant, where the notification includes location information associated with the first entity. The merchant can then generate a set of directions for a second entity to travel to reach the first entity based on the location information associated with the first entity, and can present the generated set of directions to the second entity for completing the curbside delivery. The merchant can then receive a confirmation of the delivery after interactions between the second entity and the first entity at the first entity's location.

  • Publication number: 20250054329
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, software, and computer-implemented methods that automatically recognize content in a document. An example method includes obtaining an image of the document, where the image includes a plurality of text blocks. The method further includes determining textual information of each text block using optical character recognition (OCR) and automatically classifying the plurality of text blocks into a plurality of styles. The method further includes automatically determining a content type of each text block based on a style associated with the text block and textual information of the text block. The method further includes determining semantic relationships between the plurality of text blocks based on one or more of the content type, the textual information, or a location of each text block.

  • Patent number: 11715091
Abstract: The present disclosure involves solutions for dynamically connecting a customer-owned mobile device, a cloud-based service, and one or more particular physical payment devices located at an entity. In one example, as executed at a cloud-based payment service, a unique identifier associated with a location of a mobile device of a customer is received. An entity and a first location within the entity is determined based on the unique identifier, and a particular payment device at the entity is determined. The cloud service transmits, to the particular payment device, information to be used by the particular payment device to perform the payment transaction. A second signal is transmitted to the mobile device of the customer, and includes an indication of the particular payment device at which the payment transaction is to be completed. The payment transaction can then be completed at the particular payment device.

  • Publication number: 20220383317
Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for an improved method and system for providing payment card management and secured remote redemption without disclosure of a full card number. In one example method, a cloud service receives a notification from a merchant associated with a new payment card activation, the notification including a messaging identifier corresponding to an account associated with the payment card and its value. The cloud service can then associate, in an account associated with the messaging identifier, the new payment card and the messaging identifier. The new payment card is then assigned the value of the new payment card, and the cloud service can generate a notification message specific to the account associated with the messaging identifier, and can transmit the notification to a device associated with the messaging identifier of the account.
