  • Patent number: 4882872
Abstract: A storage container adapted for storing live bait such as worms and for convenient carrying by the user includes a container with slit-like openings to provide proper bait aeration and a closure panel for opening and closing the container to provide easy access to the interior thereof. A moisture storage device in the form of a frozen moisture containing sponge which distributes cool moisture to the contents of the storage container as the sponge thaws releasing its moisture.

  • Patent number: 4758027
Abstract: An adapter for coupling a flexible corrugated drainpipe to a sewage disposal site inlet, includes a hollow tubular member having an opened drainpipe end portion adapted to engage threadably an end of a corrugated drainpipe. A hollow adapter member has an opened rear end portion adapted to be inserted into the disposal site inlet, and an opened upstanding front end portion, receives telescopically in a tight fitting relationship an opened rear end portion of the tubular member to interconnect the two members in fluid communication. A quick release mechanism on the tubular and adapter members enables a user to disassemble the two members by rotating the members axially relative to one another.

  • Patent number: 4747226
Abstract: A fishing assembly adapted to prevent an ice hole from freezing over. The fishing assembly includes a plastic tubular hollow elongated sleeve for fitting inside the ice hole and a flat annular flange which extends integrally radially outwardly from the sleeve, for retaining the fishing assembly in position inside the ice hole. A plastic cover is secured removably to the upper end of the sleeve for sealing it. The cover includes a slit-like slot for defining an entranceway for the fishing line to extend therethrough into the ice hole. A flag assembly is secured moveably to the cover, for providing a visual indication to the user that a fish has struck the bait. An internal ridge supports the cover entirely within the hollow interior of the sleeve at a substantial distance from the upper edge thereof, thereby to prevent inadvertent dislodgment thereof. The cover is therefor disposed closer to the water surface for providing a better insulation thereto.

  • Patent number: 4722556
Abstract: An adapter for coupling a corrugated drainpipe to a sewage disposal site employs a tubular member which is hollow throughout its length for connecting the drainpipe in fluid communication with a sewage disposal site. The tubular member has a drainpipe end portion having a complementary shape and size adapted to engage threadably an end of a corrugated drainpipe, and a sewer inlet end portion adapted to be inserted through an inlet opening of a sewage disposal site.

  • Patent number: 4708370
Abstract: A device is disclosed for coupling a drainpipe to a recreational vehicle discharge pipe fitting of the type having a terminal end portion with circular periphery and a plurality of locking pins extending outward radially from the periphery. The device employs a tubular member having a proximal end and a distal end. A drainpipe end portion of the tubular member terminating at the distal end has a complementary shape and size adapted to engage threadably an end of a corrugated drainpipe, while a fitting end portion of the tubular member terminating at the proximal end has a complementary shape and size adapted to engage telescopically a terminal end portion of the discharge pipe fitting.

  • Patent number: 4688833
Abstract: An adapter for coupling a corrugated drainpipe to recreational vehicle discharge pipe employs a tubular member having a discharge pipe end portion of a shape and size adapted to be placed over an outlet end of the discharge pipe, and a drainpipe end portion having a shape and size adapted to engage threadably an end of a corrugated drainpipe. A helically-shaped thread along the drainpipe end portion are sized and shaped complementary to conform to the corrugations of the corrugated drainpipe enables threaded engagement of the corrugated drainpipe.

  • Patent number: 4660860
Abstract: A coupler for interconnecting in fluid communication a pair of axially aligned flexible pipe ends, employs a tubular member for insertion between two sections of drainpipe to be coupled. A first thread is included on a first end portion of the tubular member for threaded engagement of a first one of the two sections of drainpipe, along with a second thread on a second end portion for threaded engagement of the second section. An integrally formed annular flanges in one form of the invention serves as a grip with which to manually screw the tubular member onto the drainpipe, while a cutback portion on the flange prevents misalignment of the coupled sections at the coupling when placed upon the ground. Tapered end pieces that screw onto each end to accommodate smaller drainpipe are provided in another form, with the threads of the tubular member matching the helically-corrugated plastic casing surface of conventional RV drainpipe.
