    Abstract: A combination pressure regulating valve and pressure relief valve is disclosed in which the outlet pressure is regulated to a certain pressure level below the inlet level and excess pressures on either the inlet or outlet of the valve are relieved through a relief passage. The valve includes a diaphragm biased by an adjustable spring means and a compressible bellows which interact with each to perform both the regulating and relief functions.
