The perimeter surface may include a substantially cylindrical opening through which a field of view of an imaging element positioned within the interior of the housing may be oriented. A spinning lens assembly may be positioned within the substantially cylindrical opening and rotatable by a motor such that, when rotated, any substance on a surface of the lens is evacuated from the surface of the lens.

The method comprises introducing, by a sonotrode, ultrasonic energy to weld the non-woven material, supporting, by an anvil roll, the non-woven material between the anvil roll and the sonotrode, rotating the anvil roll to transfer the non-woven material in a downstream direction, taking, by an imaging unit disposed downstream of the anvil roll, an image of the non-woven material, and processing the image by an image processing unit. The image processing unit comprises identifying a defect based on the image, classifying the defect into one of a plurality of categories, analyzing a cause of the defect based on the respective category, determining a component causing the defect, and notifying the cause with a recommended remedial action associated with the component.

The device selectively validates, based on the set of identified vehicle attributes and the set of stored vehicle attributes and based on location information identifying the user device within a threshold proximity of the vehicle when the set of images were captured, the vehicle inspection report submission. The device transmits information identifying a result of selectively validating the vehicle inspection report submission, selectively updates the vehicle attribute record, and selectively provides the updated vehicle attribute record.
