  • Patent number: 12353341
Abstract: A memory circuit includes an array of memory cells arranged in rows and columns. A word line is connected to the memory cells of each row. A row decoder circuit operates in response to an internal clock and an address to selectively apply a word line signal to one word line and further generate a dummy word line signal. A control circuit includes a clock generator that generates the internal clock which is reset in response to a reset signal. A first delay circuit receives the dummy word line signal and outputs a first delayed dummy word line signal. A second delay circuit receives the dummy word line signal and outputs a second delayed dummy word line signal. A multiplexer circuit selects between the first and second delayed dummy word line signals for output as the reset signal in response to a logic state of a mode control signal.

Abstract: A method for automated workflow configuration assistance. Embodiments include receiving configuration data specifying a first condition of a workflow and a second condition of the workflow that depends on the first condition. Embodiments include generating a sequence of numerical values that indicate whether each of a set of possible values associated with the second condition is consistent with the first condition. Embodiments include determining, based on the sequence of numerical values, that the second condition is incompatible with the first condition or redundant of the first condition. Embodiments include, prior to configuring a software application based on the configuration data, providing output via a user interface indicating that the second condition is incompatible with the first condition or redundant of the first condition.

  • Patent number: 12340099
Abstract: A read-modify-write operation is performed, within a single cycle of a clock signal, by: decoding an address to select a word line of a memory; applying a word line signal at a first voltage level to the selected word line; reading a current data word from a data word location in the memory; reducing the word line signal from the first voltage level to the second voltage level; performing a mathematical modify operation internally within the memory on the current data word to generate a modified data word; increasing the word line signal from the second voltage level to the first voltage level; and writing the modified data word back to the location in the memory.

  • Publication number: 20250202886
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an authentication system that may be used to control a student's access to an on-line instructional system in a reliable manner. The system is based upon each subscribed student having a unique hardware verification component that interacts with verification codes displayed on their computer monitor to permit access to the on-line instructional system in the first instance, as well as to individual lesson modules forming the instructional system. The actual program/lesson module attempting to be accessed is not “live” until verification by a combination of the hardware component, installed software, and on-line system is established. If the proper verification code is not displayed, or a particular hardware verification component cannot properly decode the displayed image, the student is denied access.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for scheduling uplink transmissions based on contributiveness to a downstream task are provided. Multiple devices to schedule for uplink transmission are selected from a set of candidate devices based on a contributiveness metric for each device. The contributiveness metric for each device is related to a downstream task in the wireless communication network and is indicative of how well the device is able to successfully transmit information to the network for the downstream task and how informative the information provided by the device is for the downstream task. The contributiveness metric of a candidate device may be learned via machine learning using a deep neural network.

  • Patent number: 12332917
Abstract: This disclosure relates to a time series segmentation system that efficiently and accurately segments univariate time series data. For example, the time series segmentation system utilizes proxy variable time series to identify distinct segments in a univariate time series. To illustrate, the time series segmentation system generates proxy variables that approximate a univariate time series and combine with the time series to generate a supplemented multivariate time series. The time series segmentation system then divides the supplemented multivariate time series into portions using time-based windows, converts the windowed subsequences into graph objects using a sparse graph recovery model, utilizes a conditional similarity model to determine segmentation timestamps from the graph objects, and generates a segmented univariate time series from the segmentation timestamps.

  • Publication number: 20250185984
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to a method and system for sensing alcohol intoxication and raising an alert. State-of-the-art methods for detecting alcohol intoxication majorly includes breath alcohol devices, bodily fluid testing, transdermal sensors, mathematical algorithms, and optical techniques. However, the impact of alcohol is not same for all but differs based on individuals' physiological traits and capacity to tolerate. Personalized systems that can sense alcohol intoxication based on individuals present alcohol consumption activity as well as the past history of consumption is not yet achieved. The proposed method of sensing the alcohol intoxication state of the subject is based on cumulative scoring technique using sensors and applications pre-installed in an GPS enabled wearable device and a mobile device. The method also triggers an alert to the subject consuming alcohol as well as to an emergency contact about altered physical and cognitive functioning under the influence of the alcohol.
