  • Patent number: 11836739
Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for applying machine learning techniques to dynamically identify potentially anomalous activity of entities. In some implementations, peer group data is obtained. The peer group data indicates multiple entities classified as belonging to a particular peer group, and a set of attributes associated with the multiple entities. Transaction data for the multiple entities is obtained from one or more data sources. One or more transaction models are selected. The transaction models that are each trained to apply a particular set of evidence factors corresponding to the set of attributes associated with the multiple entities, and identify transaction patterns representing potentially anomalous activity. The transaction data is processed using the one or more transaction models to identify potentially anomalous activity within the transaction data for the multiple entities. A prioritization indicator is computed for each entity included in the multiple entities.

  • Publication number: 20230386566
Abstract: An in-memory computation circuit includes a memory array with SRAM cells connected in rows by word lines and in columns by bit lines. A row controller circuit simultaneously actuates word lines in parallel for an in-memory compute operation. A column processing circuit includes a clamping circuit that clamps a voltage on the bit line to a level exceeding an SRAM cell bit flip voltage during execution of the in-memory compute operation. The column processing circuit may further include a current mirroring circuit that mirrors the read current developed on each bit line in response to the simultaneous actuation to generate a decision output for the in-memory compute operation. The mirrored read current is integrated by an integration capacitor to generate an output voltage that is converted to a digital signal by an analog-to-digital converter circuit.

Abstract: An in-memory computation circuit includes a memory array with SRAM cells connected in rows by word lines and in columns by bit lines. A row controller circuit simultaneously actuates word lines in parallel for an in-memory compute operation. A column processing circuit includes a read circuit that operates to reduce sensitivity to variation in bit line read current. Additionally, a testing circuit senses analog signals on the complementary bit lines to identify one of the complementary bit lines as having a less variable read current. That identified one of the complementary bit lines is coupled to the read circuit for the in-memory compute operation.

  • Publication number: 20230386565
Abstract: An in-memory computation circuit includes a memory array including sub-arrays of with SRAM cells connected in rows by word lines and in columns by bit lines. A row controller circuit selectively actuates word lines across the sub-arrays for an in-memory compute operation. A computation tile circuit for each sub-array includes a column compute circuit for each bit line. Each column compute circuit includes a switched timing circuit that is actuated in response to weight data on the bit line for a duration of time set by an in-memory compute operation enable signal. A current digital-to-analog converter powered by the switched timing circuit operates to generate a drain current having a magnitude controlled by bits of feature data for the in-memory compute operation. The drain current is integrated to generate an output voltage.

  • Publication number: 20230376804
Abstract: A vehicle system receives indication of a newly trained machine learning model designated for validation. The system load a copy of the model into shadow execution hardware, capable of background execution of the model and subscribes to one or more data topics to which input data for the model, gathered by a vehicle data gathering process, is published. The system executes the model in the background as the vehicle travels, using data published to the data topics and benchmarks output from the model to determine whether the model outperforms a prior version of the model, that represents the model prior to the model being newly trained, based on relative performance of both models compared to performance expectations defined in a configuration file stored by the vehicle. Also, the system, responsive to the model outperforming the prior version of the model based on the performance expectations defined by the configuration file, validates the model as suitable for deployment.

  • Publication number: 20230378921
Abstract: Described are circuits and techniques to increase the efficiency of radio-frequency (rf) amplifiers including rf power amplifiers (PAs) through “supply modulation” (also referred to as “drain modulation” or “collector modulation”), in which supply voltages provided to rf amplifiers is adjusted dynamically (“modulated”) over time depending upon the rf signal being synthesized. For the largest efficiency improvements, a supply voltage can be adjusted among discrete voltage levels or continuously on a short time scale. The supply voltages (or voltage levels) provided to an rf amplifier may also be adapted to accommodate longer-term changes in desired rf envelope such as associated with adapting transmitter output strength to minimize errors in data transfer, for rf “traffic” variations.

  • Publication number: 20230376803
Abstract: A system receives identification of a machine learning model, stored by a vehicle, that is ready for training. The system determines, based on a configuration file associated with the model, whether batch-based or live training is to be used to train the model and collects data for training, defined by a configuration file associated with the model. The system calls a learning as a service vehicle process to load a kernel and configures the kernel based on configuration data defined in the configuration file. The system receives notification from the learning as a service process that the training is complete. Additionally, the system validates a model, responsive to the notification including indication that training was successful, using a vehicle model validation process to test the model with live data before deployment by background execution of the model and saves a copy of the model for deployment responsive to successful validation.

  • Patent number: 11812588
Abstract: Systems and methods for managing airflow for cooling computing devices in a data center in normal and cold environments are disclosed. Computing devices are positioned on racks, and an air barrier may be connected to the racks and have openings configured to permit air to be drawn through the computing devices by cooling fans. In a first mode, cool air may be drawn in from a cold aisle, and heated air may be exhausted into a hot aisle. Temperature sensors may periodically measure temperatures for the cool air being drawn into the computing devices. A controller may select a subset of the computing devices for air flow reversal in response to the measured temperatures being below a predetermined threshold. Patterns that may be time-varying and temperature-varying may be used to select the computing devices for air flow reversal and to adjust the fan speed of the computing devices.
