Abstract: In some instances, a method for identifying one or more service providers is provided. The method comprises obtaining, by a user device, a geographic location associated with a user; determining, by the user device and based on the geographic location, a bounding area indicating a search region extending from the geographic location, wherein the bounding area corresponds to a plurality of boundary points; determining, by the user device and based on the plurality of boundary points, a plurality of geohash strings for the plurality of boundary points; determining, by the user device, one or more service providers based on the plurality of geohash strings; and causing, by the user device, display of the one or more service providers.
