The bushing sleeve has a convex outer surface. The system further includes a rear rail of the vehicle and a blocker that is disposed along a longitudinal axis of the vehicle between the bushing sleeve and at least a portion of the traction battery. The blocker has a concave surface adjacent the convex outer surface of the bushing sleeve.
