Abstract: The disclosure generally describes methods, software, and systems for using open APIs. API and event information is received from plural API providers. The API and event information for each API provider is received in a format specific to the API provider. An open API format version of the API and event information is created for the API and event information of each API provider. The open API format version is stored in an open API format that provides a common ontology for expressing information about APIs and events available from the plural API providers. The open API format version of the API and event information is published.

One example method includes identifying a process intelligence scenario associated with one or more business processes and including one or more definitions defining an observable behavior of the one or more business processes, processing the one or more definitions to produce an executable description including one or more artifacts associated with a data storage system, the one or more artifacts associated with the one or more definitions, storing the executable description in the data storage system, and processing one or more flow events associated with the one or more business processes using the executable description in the data storage system to expose the observable behavior of the business process defined in the process intelligence scenario.

Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer-implemented methods for providing process intelligence by correlating events from multiple business process systems to a single business scenario using configurable correlation strategies. An example method includes identifying a raw event associated with a sending business process and a receiving business process, identifying a sending business process attribute associated with the sending business process and a receiving business process attribute associated with the receiving business process, determining a correlation strategy for associating the raw event with a business scenario instance, the determination based at least in part on the sending business process attribute and the receiving business process attribute, and generating a visibility scenario event from the raw event according to the correlation strategy, the visibility scenario event associated with the business scenario instance.

Abstract: Various embodiments of systems and methods for tracking business processes and instances are described herein. In one aspect, the method includes identifying a log-in information of a user and based upon the log-in information, rendering at least one of one or more business processes associated with the user and a request tab for displaying one or more requests created by the user. A selection of one of a business process and the request tab is received. Based upon the selection, a GUI is rendered. The GUI comprises a database table associated with one of the selected business process and the request tab. The GUI also includes a graphical representation. The graphical representation comprises status indicators displaying respective statuses and a number of requests pending under respective statuses for the selected business process or the selected request tab.

The properties of the scrip are determined dynamically and issued to a client requesting access to the web service. The scrip allows throttling the web service dynamically. The scrip also allows balancing a load on a group of servers hosting the web service.
