  • Patent number: 11215303
Abstract: The invention relates to a plastics pipeline comprising at least one pipeline end (1) and at least one support ring (2). It was the underlying object of the invention to improve a plastics pipeline of the type described at the outset in such a way that the support sleeve or the support ring (2) remains firmly connected to the pipeline even in the event of the plastics pipeline being stored in the presence of high air humidity and temperature. This object is achieved by virtue of the fact that the blow molded pipe section (1) runs through the support ring (2) and, as viewed radially, is pressed from the inside outward against the support ring (2), wherein the pipe section (1) engages around the support ring (2), such that the support ring (2), with its outer surface, and the pipe section (1), with its outer surface, are substantially in alignment.

  • Publication number: 20190219204
Abstract: A support sleeve reinforces yielding pipes, in particular plastic pipes, in the clamping region of a fastening bracket. The invention is based on the object of improving a support sleeve of the type mentioned at the outset so that the support sleeve remains securely in place in the interior of the plastic pipe even in the case of diameter variations of the plastic pipe without any complex preliminary deforming being necessary such that the support sleeve is capable of being fixed in the pipe end by way of a simple snap-fit. The support sleeve is configured as a pipe portion, wherein the pipe portion has notches so that each notch has a resilient tongue-shaped portion which at one side is resiliently connected to the support sleeve and which at the end thereof that is opposite the connection point to the support sleeve, protrudes radially beyond the external diameter of the support sleeve, pointing outward such that the tongue-shaped portion has a pawl-type shape.

  • Patent number: 8267435
Abstract: A charge-air hose assembly includes a charge-air hose (2) for connecting to a pipe stub (4). The charge-air hose (2), in the assembled position, is pushed into the pipe stub (4) in such a way that overpressure occurring in the charge-air hose (2) presses the charge-air hose (2) radially outward against the radial inner wall (6) of the pipe stub (4). The charge-air hose (2) is assigned a latching device which, during the insertion of the charge-air hose (2) into the pipe stub (4), latches with the pipe stub (4) so as to axially fix the charge-air hose (2) to the pipe stub (4) in a predetermined axial position of the charge-air hose (2) relative to the pipe stub (4).

  • Patent number: 7896400
Abstract: A system for pre-positioning a hose clamp (2) on a hose end (24) includes: a) a fixing part (1?) which is connected non-releasably to an annular segment of the hose clamp (2) and is fastened to the hose end (24), and b) one or more fixing parts (1, 1?) which each have a U-shaped element which, fastened to the hose end (24), is directed with its open side (3) to the hose surface. The web (6) connects the two U-legs (4, 5) and extends axially and parallel to the hose surface. The U-leg (4), which lies closest to the hose end (24), has a connecting element (7) for attaching the U-shaped element to the end face of the hose end (24). The U-shaped element is configured in such a way that the hose clamp (2), which is pulled on to the hose end (24), is fixed releasably in the intermediate space (8) of the U-shaped element by way of an annular segment of the hose clamp in such a way that the hose clamp (2) is released from the fixing when tightened.
