  • Patent number: 6536830
Abstract: A convertible top for a vehicle, especially a motor vehicle, has a convertible top frame assembly pivotably mounted on convertible top bearings located on the body. A working cylinder composed of a cylinder and a piston rod is mounted on the top frame assembly adjacent to at least one top bearing to open and close the convertible top. Both ends of the piston rod of the working cylinder are permanently mounted on the top bearing and the cylinder and movably mounted on the piston rod, is operationally linked with a drive lever that opens and closes the folding top, oil is supplied under pressure to the working cylinder through bores in the stationary piston rod.

  • Patent number: 5746291
Abstract: A floor conveyor vehicle, particularly a stacker, has a brake device and an adjustable floor panel guided in the vertical direction by way of a device and is held in several working positions by a locking device. The floor panel is guided in the vertical direction by a lifting frame on a column arranged on one side of the vehicle. The floor panel is constructed as an operating plate for a parking brake and, with a pedal plate for a service brake, is swivellably linked to the lifting frame on axes.

  • Patent number: 4862986
Abstract: A steering axle for a lift truck includes a double-acting steering cylinder whose tubular cylinder member is closed off at each end by way of a cover. The steering cylinder includes a tubular cylinder member retained inside of a cylindrical mounting of a part of the cover. This forms within the area of the mounting an additional stroke space that is delimited at the end of the tubular member by a bearing flange of the cover which is rigidly connected with a support frame by way of oppositely disposed threaded bolts whereby the support frame is held fixed at the body.

  • Patent number: 4082069
Abstract: A first sequence of pulses is generated synchronously with operation of the apparatus, for example with rotation of the engine crankshaft. A reference pulse is generated upon occurrence of an operating state, for example a predetermined angular position of the crankshaft, as well as a second reference pulse occurring after the first and after a predetermined time interval has elapsed. The pulses of the sequence are counted and accumulated until the second reference pulse occurs, and are then decremented at the same pulse rate until the counter reaches a predetermined count state (for example zero), at which moment the event is triggered, for example an ignition pulse issued. The system permits adaptation to various reference pulse generators by adjustment of timing intervals, thus permitting use of reference pulses of less accuracy with respect to the apparatus with which the pulse generators are associated.
