  • Patent number: 11932943
Abstract: Various embodiments include a method for producing a structure with a cold gas spraying method comprising: providing a carrier with a carrier surface, to which the structure is to be attached by the cold gas spraying method by following a travel path; and providing an element with an element surface different from the carrier surface. The element is arranged in the travel path and/or the travel path is specified such that intersections of the travel path and/or interruptions of the structure are arranged on the element surface.

Date of Patent: March 19, 2024
    Assignee: SIEMENS AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT
Inventors: Oliver Stier, Ursus Krüger, Jakob Schneck, Uwe Pyritz, Axel Arndt, Jens Dahl Jensen, Karsten Brach, Hartmut Rauch
  • Patent number: 11901783
Abstract: In a method for producing a winding overhang assembly for an electrical rotating machine, an insulating main body is produced at least partly from a dielectric material. Each of a plurality of conductors of a metal material is connected to the insulating main body via an intermediate layer, which is produced from a material which is different from the dielectric material of the insulating main body and from the metal material of the conductors and which is produced from silver, aluminum, antimony, magnesium, tin, zinc, lead, tantalum or from a mixture and/or from at least one alloy thereof. The conductors are hereby sprayed onto the intermediate layer by a thermal spraying method.

  • Patent number: 11804756
Abstract: An active part of an electric machine includes electrical conductors which are additively printed in layers, and intermediate bodies respectively disposed between the electrical conductors and being additively printed in layers, wherein the electrical conductors are printed in a radially increasing manner, alternating with the intermediate bodies. A contact layer <=300 ?m of a third material is applied between at least one of the electrical conductors and at least one of the printed intermediate bodies, with a diffusion zone being embodied by the contact layer and a heat treatment.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 25, 2021
Date of Patent: October 31, 2023
    Assignee: Siemens Aktiengesellschaft
