Abstract: The present disclosure provides an adapter connector assembly, an electrical connector plug, and an electrical connector kit. One end of the adapter connector assembly is configured for adaptive installation of a cable entry system, and the adapter connector assembly includes a mounting frame and a housing that can be assembled together. An upper portion of the mounting frame is configured to be assembled with the cable entry system, and the housing has a first and second open ends opposite each other and a cavity extending between the first and second open ends and for accommodating at least part of the mounting frame. The adapter connector assembly provided herein enables the combined use of the cable entry system and a connector, and thus broadens a cable application scope of the connector and increases a service life of cables mounted to the connector.

Abstract: The invention pertains to a flange gasket that consists of a bottom plate and a peripheral collar integrally formed thereon and is arranged between opposing sealing surfaces, namely between a housing that is provided with a flange and a mounting plate. The invention proposes to at least sectionally form pockets on the peripheral collar in order to attach the flange gasket to the flange in a captive fashion. Sealing lips are provided in openings in the flange gasket and aligned with the through-openings of the flange and the mounting plate, wherein said sealing lips initially hold the fixing screws inserted therein and seal the through-openings against environmental influences when the screws are tightened.

The rectangular parallelepiped-shaped casing is formed from two identical half-shells, at least one mounting plate or printed-circuit board being mountable within the casing. Provided at the narrow sides of the casing are openings which can receive either a plate part for the closure of the casing and/or for the mounting of control elements, or into which there can be inserted, with a form-fit, an adapter which is provided for receiving already known plug-in connectors.

Abstract: For connecting the cable shielding in screened electric cables in the case of a round plug connection, it is proposed that, for the purpose of making contact with the cable shield, a contact element is provided which is disposed between an insulating pressing/clamping part and an insulating body, an aperture through which the cable shield can be introduced being provided in the said contact element. Under these circumstances, the contact element is shaped in such a way that connection of the cable shield to a counterplug can take place by means of a contact part which is to be provided inside the plug connector housing, or by means of the electrically conductive outer cover of the plug connector, or via both methods.
