Abstract: A parting tool for parting seams and/or cutting threads or the like is disclosed. The parting tool may include an arc-shaped blade located between two tines of unequal length to effect a cut. The long tine may have a thorn-like point and the short tine may have a spherical thickening above the blade. The tines pass over into a shaft, which is fastened to one end of a shaft holder or mounting. The shaft mounting may include at its other end a pressure surface oriented perpendicularly to the blade and a rotation axle located at a defined distance in front of the pressure surface and oriented perpendicularly to the blade. The rotation axle may be rotatably supported in the lateral surfaces of a casing open within the rotation range of the shaft holder. A stop is provided within the casing for the shaft of the parting tool in the swivelled in, rest position. The stop may be a spring elastic element.

Abstract: A multipurpose kitchen machine is proposed which, in order to increase its usefulness, in addition to its working container has at least one inner container insertable into said working container, said inner container increasing the efficiency of food processing, especially for small batches, by adjustment to individual tool shapes, and facilitates separate processing of different food batches. A special lid can be used to seal both the inner container when placed in the working container and both containers individually.

Abstract: A kitchen appliance, having an interchangeable tool attachment, such as a stirrer arm, and an interchangeable container attachment, such as a food chopper. The tool attachment has a base which is secured to the appliance through rotation of a rotatable tension ring assembly, surrounding a power takeoff shaft and a retainer ring, and includes a housing pivotally connected to the base. The container attachment is secured through recesses in its base which engage pins on the retainer ring. A locking bolt is provided on the container attachment which engages the cover thereof, the locking bolt being engageable in a locked position by a slide coupled to a power switch through a blocking rod whenever the power switch is actuated, such that the container attachment cover may not be removed with the appliance in an activated state.
