  • Publication number: 20240045407
Abstract: A processor of a manufacturing line abnormality portent detection apparatus acquires an image obtained by imaging a product manufactured by a manufacturing line using a radiography apparatus for each product, and acquires significant point information related to a significant point of the product based on the acquired image. The processor stores information that affects a determination of presence or absence of a defect of the product as defect related information and information that does not affect the determination of the presence or absence of the defect of the product as defect unrelated information, among pieces of the significant point information, in a memory. The processor calculates a line evaluation value indicating a soundness degree of the manufacturing line based on the defect related information and the defect unrelated information, and detects an abnormality sign of the manufacturing line based on the calculated line evaluation value.

  • Publication number: 20230401696
Abstract: A determined image in which a second inspection object is imaged and a determination result of a defect is given is extracted from a database, and at least two or more determined images are based on an inspection target image in which a first inspection object is imaged and the extracted determined image are displayed on a display. At least two or more determined images include a first determined image in which the defect of the second inspection object is visually recognized in a first appearance, and a second determined image in which the defect of the second inspection object is visually recognized in a second appearance different from the first appearance and in which a determination result is the same as that of the first determined image.

  • Publication number: 20230394648
Abstract: Provided are an image display device, a method, and a program which can improve the accuracy of determination by comprehensively considering interpretation information by a plurality of determiners. A first inspection target image in which an inspection object is imaged is displayed on a display, a marker in at least one region with which the interpretation information of the first inspection target image is associated is displayed, a second inspection target image subjected to at least one of enlargement processing or highlight processing for a region including at least a part of a region of the selected marker is displayed on the display, at least one of first information, which is document information of the interpretation information associated with the region of the marker selected by a user, or second information, which is statistical information obtained by statistically processing non-document information of the interpretation information, is displayed on the display.

  • Patent number: 11835456
Abstract: A substance identification device, a substance identification method and a substance identification program that can identify substances with high accuracy by means of light are provided. A substance identification device 10 includes a setting unit 11 that sets an irradiation condition of excitation light, an irradiation unit 12 that irradiates an object 100 with the excitation light under the irradiation condition, a measurement unit 13 that measures emission data for delayed fluorescence or phosphorescence of the object 100 which occurs in response to the irradiation with the excitation light, and an identification unit 15 that identifies a substance constituting the object based on the emission data and emission data for delayed fluorescence or phosphorescence which are measured when a plurality of substances are each irradiated with the excitation light under the irradiation condition.

  • Publication number: 20230168197
Abstract: There are provided a state determination device, a state determination method, and a state determination program capable of determining a state of an object to be inspected. A state determination device 10 includes an irradiation unit 12 which irradiates an object to be inspected with excitation light under a predetermined irradiation condition, a measurement unit 13 which measures light emission data of light emission from the object to be inspected, which is generated with a delay with respect to the irradiation with the excitation light, and a determination unit 15 which determines a state of the object to be inspected by checking the light emission data against light emission data of light emission from the object to be inspected, which is measured in the case where the excitation light is emitted under an irradiation condition common to the light emission data for each state of a substance constituting the object to be inspected.

  • Publication number: 20220252633
Abstract: A processing system, a marking method, a marker detected in this method, and a marking program that allow a predetermined area of a target to be detected as a marker without attaching a marker thereto are provided. The processing system includes: an irradiation unit that irradiates a target with irradiation light; an imaging unit that images emission light that the target itself emits in response to being irradiated with the irradiation light; and a detection unit that detects the emission light as a marker of the target based on an image taken by the imaging unit.
