  • Publication number: 20180152072
Abstract: Provided is a resolver including: a stator core including teeth; an insulator attached to the stator core; windings wound around the respective teeth; a terminal pin base formed integrally with an insulator and extending in a radial direction of the resolver; terminal pins arranged in the terminal pin base and having end parts of the respective windings connected thereto. A surface treatment layer is formed on a surface of the stator core. A resin layer is formed of molding resin that covers the windings and the terminal pins, and the windings and the terminal pins are sealed within the resin layer.

  • Patent number: 9915554
Abstract: The width of a terminal block is decreased by decreasing a space between an external connecting terminal at each end of the external connecting terminals and an end portion of the terminal block, whereas a space between a winding terminal at each end of the winding terminals of terminals and an end portion of the terminal block is sufficiently obtained. A terminal 7 is provided with an external connecting terminal 71 and a winding terminal 72, and the terminal 7 has a shape such that a center line Lp in the width direction of the winding terminal 72 is shifted from a center line Le in the width direction of the external connecting terminal 71. A plurality of the terminals 7 are arranged on a terminal block 11 so that pitches between the winding terminals 72 are unequal.

  • Patent number: 9772203
Abstract: A stator structure and a VR type resolver, in which the winding of the resolver can be prevented from corroding without increasing the production cost, are provided. The stator structure has stator protruding portions and coils wound around the stator protruding portions, the coils consisting of exciting coils, sine phase detection coils, and cosine phase detection coils, and at least the coils wound at the outermost side are formed by wires in which conductive portions are made of aluminum.

  • Patent number: 9714986
Abstract: A resolver has a stator includes a circular yoke, multiple salient poles radially projecting inward from the yoke, and winding wires wound around the salient poles via an insulator; a rotor disposed inside the stator; a wire outgoing portion arranged with plural terminal pins, the terminal pins being connected to end portions of the winding wires; and a terminal pin cover attached to the wire outgoing portion and covering the terminal pins. The terminal pin cover includes multiple spaces that individually contain one of the terminal pins. A filler is filled in each space, whereby the end portion of the winding wire electrically connected to the terminal pin is sealed in the filler.

  • Patent number: 9488462
Abstract: A structure for mounting a resolver in a housing, in which it is not necessary to use various different plates for forming the stator and accuracy of concentricity of the rotor and the stator is prevented from decreasing by a simple structure, are provided. The structure for mounting a resolver in a housing has a rotor and a stator arranged the outside of the rotor, in which the stator is mounted at an opening of the housing by clamps, projections are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the stator, protruding portions are formed on the clamps, and the stator is pressed to the housing by the clamps in a state in which the protruding portions are engaged with the concavities of the stator.
