  • Patent number: 8510002
Abstract: An engine speed control device is adapted to control a motor grader including a transmission with a plurality of manually shiftable low speed stages and at least one high speed stage, the transmission being configured to switch between a manual mode for manually selecting one of all the speed stages and an automatic shifting mode for automatically shifting a predetermined speed stage and higher. The engine speed control device includes an upper limit engine speed control unit configured to set an upper limit engine speed to be an out-of-service travelling-use upper limit engine speed at the at least one high speed stage, and set the upper limit engine speed to be a working-use upper limit engine speed at any one of the low speed stages, the working-use upper limit engine speed being lower than the out-of-service travelling-use upper limit engine speed.

  • Patent number: 8272472
Abstract: In a steering operation device, a hydraulic actuator is driven by hydraulic pressure and vary the steering angle of the vehicle. A steering valve adjusts the flow rate of oil supplied to the actuator according to a pilot pressure. A pilot valve adjusts the pilot pressure input to the steering valve according to a difference between a displacement of an operation input shaft and a displacement of a feedback input shaft. A joystick lever is linked to the operation input shaft and moves the operation input shaft according to a tilt angle. A drive device displaces the feedback input shaft. A steering angle sensor detects the steering angle and outputs the angle as a detected signal. A controller sends a command signal to the drive device so as to displace the feedback input shaft according to the detected steering angle.

  • Publication number: 20060261514
Abstract: A mold 18 has a metal main body 32, 38, a plated layer 34, 40 overlaid on this main body 32, 38, and a fluorine-contained resin-coated layer 36, 42 overlaid on this plated layer 34, 40. The plated layer 34, 40 is formed by an electroless nickel plating treatment. The surface of the plated layer 34, 40 is roughened by a chemical treatment. The fluorine-contained resin-coated layer 36, 42 is formed by baking. The fluorine-contained resin-coated layer 36, 42 includes polytetrafluoroethylene. A resin composition including a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is compressed and heated in this mold, thereby giving a half shell. The half shell is readily released from the mold 18. A core, and two pieces of the half shell fitted to this core are subjected to compression molding to give a golf ball.

  • Patent number: 6358031
Abstract: A cavity die (1) has a flange part (5), a body (7), and a cavity surface (9). An annular groove (11) is formed on a periphery of the body (7). A region surrounded with the annular groove (11) and a retaining plate forms a boundary flow path. An inner flow path (17) is formed inside the body (7). The inner flow path (17) is linear. Both ends of the inner flow path (17) are open on a peripheral surface of the body (7) to form openings (19) thereon. A heating medium flows into the boundary flow path and the inner flow path (17) through a flow path formed on the retaining plate. Thereby, the temperature of the cavity die (1) is adjusted.
