The derivatives and salts thereof exhibit antiangiogenic activity and are useful for treatment and cure of diseases, the development of which may be related to angiogenesis, including diabetic retinopathy, various chronic inflammation conditions, growth or metastasis of malignant solid tumors, rheumatism and psoriasis.
