  • Patent number: 8777478
Abstract: The present invention provides a low-cost and highly productive mixing head apparatus that achieves high agitation of a liquid blend and improves the smooth flow of the liquid blend from a discharge port, and a molding method using the same. In the mixing head apparatus wherein two types of chemically reactive fluid component materials 5 are expelled into a chamber interior 10 from fine holes respectively provided in side walls 11 of the chamber so that both component materials 5 impinge on and mix with each other, a plurality ranging from two to four of fine holes 30 are provided for at least one of both component materials 5, center axis lines 35 at distal ends of two or more of the two to four fine holes 30 intersecting with each other in the chamber interior 10, so that jets 50 of the component material expelled from the fine holes 30 with intersecting center axis lines impinge on each other in the chamber interior 10 prior to impingement with the other component material.

  • Patent number: 6641763
Abstract: A forming method for a fiber aggregate in which fibers are heated to be welded with each other includes a heating step of applying upward heated air to a bottom of a block of the fibers to pass the heated air therethrough and to cause the block of fibers to float, wherein at least parts of fibers are melted while the block of fibers float, and a compression step of compressing substantially in a vertical direction the heated block of fibers into a desired height. The compressed block of fibers is cooled to solidify melted portions of the fibers at portions where the fibers intersect with each other.

  • Patent number: 4770363
Abstract: In a bearing mechanism, ball bearings are coaxially fitted in the front wall and the flanged holder portions of the body. The flanged holder is made hollow. The tubulr pinion shaft is inserted axially through the ball bearings such that it is supported at both ends. The spool shaft is supported movably back and forth in the tubular pinion shaft. Since the pinion shaft is supported at both ends, fishline can be lighty wound even if heavy loads act on the line.
