  • Patent number: 7632627
Abstract: A light non-transmitive layer and resist are coated on a surface of a mask. By carrying out exposing, developing, and etching, a positive/negative reversed pattern is formed on the surface of the mask. A light non-transmitive layer and a resist are coated on a portion of the workpiece where the pattern is to be formed. Exposure is carried out by using the mask that can be changed by a connector. The pattern of the mask is transferred to the resist, and the resist is developed. After the resist is developed, a mask pattern is formed on a surface of the workpiece by etching.

  • Publication number: 20090002880
Abstract: An information storage apparatus includes: at least one information storage medium each of which is in a disk-like shape, rotates being fixed to a common rotating shaft and in which information is recorded; a head which accesses the information storage medium by approaching or touching the information storage medium; an arm which extends along a surface of the storage information medium, holds the head at an end of the arm, and swings around a pivot shaft disposed at a root of the arm; and a spoiler which rectifies airflow on the information storage medium and includes a metal airflow control plate and a resin bracket which holds the airflow control plate at a predetermined position along the surface of the information storage medium.

  • Publication number: 20080137228
Abstract: A magnetic disc drive includes a head that is configured to record information in a recording medium or reproduce the information from the recording medium, a housing that houses the recording medium and the head, and a vibration damping mechanism that reduces a vibration of the housing, and includes a weight attached to the housing and a deformation reducer that reduces a deformation of the housing caused by the weight.

  • Patent number: 7309229
Abstract: An injection-molding mold die includes a cylinder and a diameter-enlarging member. The cylinder includes a hollow, an opening, and an external peripheral surface, and has an undercut-forming section formed on the external peripheral surface thereof, which forms a shape incapable of being drafted from the mold die in the direction of opening the same. The diameter-enlarging member enters the hollow through the opening so as to enlarge the external diameter of the cylinder and can relatively advance to or retreat from the hollow. The diameter-enlarging member lies in the hollow when the mold die is clamped and exits the hollow when the mold die is opened. The cylinder is made from a metal having a longitudinal elastic modulus greater than the value of a predetermined pressure, and whose external diameter enlarged by the insertion of the diameter-enlarging member is reduced when the diameter-enlarging member exits the hollow.

  • Publication number: 20060291094
Abstract: A head actuator member supports a head slider at the tip end. A first fixing member is integrated with the enclosure at a position spaced from the head actuator member by a predetermined distance. A second fixing member firmly hold the folded section of a flexible printed circuit board against the first fixing member. The flexible printed circuit board is thus reliably prevented from lifting from the first or second fixing member. The first fixing member is firmly secured to the enclosure. The first fixing member is reliably prevented from shifting and shaking. Even if the head actuator member changes its attitude, the flexible printed circuit board can reliably be prevented from vibration. The head slider can thus be positioned right above a target recording track on the magnetic recording disk with a higher accuracy. Reading and writing of magnetic bit data can be realized with a high accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20060044676
Abstract: A spacer is utilized in a recording disk drive, for example. The spacer is made of a mixed material at least including first inorganic powder having the particle size in a range from 10 ?m to 100 ?m, second inorganic powder having the particle size in a range from 0.01 ?m to 1 ?m, and resin material. The resin material is contained in the mixed material at an amount equal to or smaller than 40 volume % to the total amount of the mixed material. The spacer can be formed by molding. The first and second inorganic powder can closely be filled in the resin material. The spacer is thus allowed to enjoy an improved Young's modulus. If the spacer is interposed between recording disks, for example, the spacer serves to sufficiently suppress deformation of the recording disks.

  • Patent number: 4712158
Abstract: A cooling system for electronic circuit components mounted on a printed circuit board, includes a cooling plate having a coolant passage, thermal contacts arranged on the cooling plate to be in resilient contact with the surfaces of the electronic components, which are cooled via the thermal contacts by liquid coolant flowing through the coolant passage. The cooling plate has one or more shortcut passages, the cross-sectional area of which is smaller than that of the coolant passage, to mutually connect predetermined portions of the coolant passage. The liquid coolant can be discharged from the cooling plate via the shortcut passage.
