Abstract: In one embodiment, one or more agents monitor the usage of an application management system by one or more users associated with an entity, the one or more agents executing on one or more servers that implement the application management system. An adoption score for the entity is generated based on collected usage data and used to form a combined score for the entity that can be used, e.g., for resource allocation in the application management system.

Abstract: A system that automatically provides a root cause analysis for performance issues associated with an application, a tier of nodes, an individual node, or a business transaction. One or more distributed business transactions are monitored and data obtained from the monitoring is provided to a controller. The controller analyzes the data to identify performance issues with the business transaction, tiers of nodes, individual nodes, methods, and other components that perform or affect the business transaction performance. Once the performance issues are identified, the cause of the issues is determined as part of a root cause analysis.

Abstract: A system allows a provider to better monitor the health of customer accounts. The present system monitors customer utilization and adoption of their product using machine data along with human evaluation data. The customer may be monitored in several areas of usage with a product. The monitoring results include machine data (usage data) which is combined with human input to generate a health score for a customer. Once the health score is determined, action items may be assigned, a renewal possibility may be considered for future business, and expansion possibilities may be determined.
