  • Publication number: 20230099067
Abstract: The present invention provides a compound represented by General Formula (1) or (1?) [in the formula, R1 and R2 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group; R3 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R4 represents a halogen atom or an alkyl group; m indicates the number of R4 and represents an integer of 0 to 4; in a case where m is 2 or more, a plurality of R4's may be the same or different from each other; n represents an integer of 1 to 6; and n? represents an integer of 1 to 4] and a neutrophil infiltration suppressor containing the compound as an active ingredient.

  • Publication number: 20220150915
Abstract: A plurality of schedulers each corresponding to one or more slices perform, in a same cell formed by one RU, scheduling of radio resources for a UE that uses a corresponding slice. A RAN controller identifies, for each of a plurality of schedulers, an amount of radio resources required for each scheduler in a predetermined period T, based on an amount of data and a communication quality of wireless communication by the UE in the cell. The RAN controller further allocates, to each of the plurality of schedulers, the identified amount of radio resources and a margin of radio resources that can be used for the scheduling.

  • Publication number: 20210367721
Abstract: A plurality of DUs have at least a radio resource scheduling function among functions of a base station and each correspond to one or more slices. The plurality of CUs are each connected between a different DU among of the plurality of DUs and a core network, and each has, among the functions of the base station, a upper layer function than a function that the DU has. A radio unit (RU) has at least a radio wave transmission/reception function among the functions of the base station, and is deployed at an antenna site. The RU is connected with a plurality of DUs, and a plurality of slices provided through the plurality of DU are provided in the same cell formed by the RU 30.

  • Publication number: 20210112502
Abstract: A base station apparatus determines whether or not, with respect to a connected terminal apparatus, a condition regarding interference to an up-link signal transmitted from the terminal apparatus to the base station apparatus is satisfied; and executes transmission power control using a first method with respect to the terminal apparatus that has been determined to satisfy the condition.

  • Patent number: 9261473
Abstract: Non-destructive testing system performs accurate testing as to whether lamination joining portion of different metal materials is in strong joining state by secure metal joining. The system sets a lamination joining portion of different metal materials of a work to a certain position and angle. Laser light in certain waveform is applied to lamination joining portion surface to capture images by infrared camera, and data processing device obtains infrared images. Based on infrared images, Fourier transform is performed on each pixel of infrared images, and phase image is created by console device. Based on created phase image, effectiveness/defectiveness of joining is determined. In this non-destructive testing, whether reflection by vertical wall in vicinity is significant is determined, based on intensity of infrared images obtained immediately after irradiation with laser and angle between laser light optical axis and testing part surface is finely adjusted to obtain infrared images with less noise.
