    Abstract: A display apparatus includes an image pickup section, a display section, an instruction section, a position specification section, a direction specification section, a specification section, and a reporting section. The image pickup section sequentially picks up an image. The display section displays the picked up image. The instruction section generates an instruction signal for marking an object included in the image. The position specification section specifies a position where the display apparatus exists. The direction specification section specifies a pickup direction by the image pickup section. The specification section specifies a position of the object relative to the position of the display apparatus based on the position of the display apparatus and the pickup direction in response to the instruction signal. The reporting section reports the position of the object.
