This composition has excellent plane impact strength and gloss properties, as well as moldability and other physical properties, and satisfies properties required for exterior materials, wrapping materials and molded foam articles.

C., provided that the concentration of the radical scavenger (C) and the polymerization temperature (T) satisfy the following formula,100C +0.088T.ltoreq.13.8,and(b) continuing the polymerization to a polymerization conversion of from 40 to 85%.
