    Abstract: The serrated portions of the studs are fitted in those portions of the mounting holes 14 close to the other side face of the mounting flange 13b. Accordingly, the radially outer portion of the mounting flange 13b is deformed to the one side face. At the radially outer portion of the one side face and throughout the circumference, there is formed a taper face 28a, which is inclined the closer to the other side face as it goes the closer to the radially outer side. As a result, the aforementioned problem can be solved because the radially outer potion of the one side face does not protrude from a flat face 29 formed at the radially inner portion of the one side face even with that deformation. Moreover, the taper face 28a can be formed at a low cost by a lathe-turning.

    Abstract: A filter apparatus is connected to an outlet portion of a canister mounted on a fuel supply system for a vehicle. A housing and a filter element are provided. The housing has a connection-opening portion connected to the outlet portion and atmospheric release opening portion communicating with the atmosphere. The filter element includes a frame which surrounds a filter body and is joined over its entire periphery to an inner wall of the housing, dividing an interior of the housing into a clean-side and dirty-side zone. The frame includes only one one-way valve, which allows fluid flow only from the clean-side zone to the dirty-side zone, bypassing the filter element. The filter apparatus is arranged so that fluid entering the housing by the connection-opening portion may pass through the filter element and exit by the atmospheric release opening portion.

    Abstract: A generator circuitry for connecting a generator to or disconnecting the same from a bus connected to a power supply. The circuitry comprising a first disconnector, a breaker and a second disconnector connected in series with one another between the bus and the generator further includes a detecting circuit to detect the generator output and an operating circuit to prohibit an action of opening the second disconnector during detection of the generator output by the detecting circuit. Since the disconnector is opened in the state where the generator output is not detected, the disconnector is released from the duty to interrupt the charge current flowing to the interelectrode capacitance of the breaker, whereby the use of a small-sized disconnector is rendered possible.
