  • Publication number: 20250104090
Abstract: Implementations described herein provide systems, methods, and devices for greenhouse gas monitoring and control. The systems, methods, and devices include a device detection system which identifies device identifier(s) corresponding to device(s) associated with a user. The device(s) include at least one of an electric vehicle, a home device, a power system device, or a power system device. Upon detecting the device(s), a user behavior analyzer receives energy consumption-related data from the device(s) resulting from energy consumption behavior of the user. The system determines, based on the energy consumption-related data, one or more behavior metrics of the user. A reduction integration generator identifies an energy consumption reduction integration corresponding to the one or more behavior metrics (e.g.

  • Patent number: 12221276
Abstract: A drainage apparatus for draining viscous liquids from containers includes a collection tote and a rack. The rack includes at least one horizontal support bar with a plurality of tabs extending from the horizontal support bar. The plurality of tabs are configured at an acute angle relative to the horizontal support bar to optimize the draining of viscous fluids from a plurality of containers that are placed on the rack. The drainage apparatus is beneficial for draining fluids such as lubricants and coolants from containers so that the fluids can be repurposed and the containers can be recycled.

  • Patent number: 8737875
Abstract: The present application is directed to methods and devices for moving a cartridge between engaged and disengaged positions in an image forming device. The image forming device may include a bias control arm movable between first and second positions. When the bias control arm is in one of the first and second positions, a biasing force on the cartridge is reduced and the cartridge moves to the disengaged position. When the bias control arm is in the other of the first and second positions, a biasing force on the cartridge is increased and the cartridge is moved to the engaged position. In one embodiment, the bias control arm moves in a first direction, and the cartridge moves in a second direction different than the first direction.

  • Patent number: 7826774
Abstract: The present application is directed to methods for transitioning between color printing and black-only printing in an image forming device. A cartridge is moved between a first position in which color printing may occur and a second position in which black-only printing may occur. In the first position, a color developer unit may be in contact with a color photoconductor unit. The color developer unit may be spaced from the color photoconductor unit in the second position. During the transition, a voltage supplied to the cartridge and a speed of a drive motor driving the cartridge may be adjusted.

  • Publication number: 20090185197
Abstract: The present application is directed to methods and devices for controlling a motor in an image forming device by sensing the amount of current applied to the motor. One embodiment includes a power supply operatively connected to a controller. The power supply provides an electrical current to a motor, and the amount of current is measured. The controller monitors the amount of current and determines an operating condition of the motor based on the current. The controller may then continue to allow the power supply to provide the electrical current to the motor, or may shut off the current based on the operating condition. The controller may also monitor a timer to determine how long the power supply has provided current to the motor. In one embodiment, the controller may use both the signal and monitored time to determine the operating condition of the motor.
