    Abstract: A method is provided. The method is implemented by a mapping engine. The mapping engine includes processor executable code stored on a memory and executed by a processor. The method includes acquiring catheter trajectories in real-time during an ablation procedure and training a pre-trained neural network based on a dataset and the catheter trajectories to provide a trained neural network. The method includes approximating an atrium shape utilizing the trained neural network and portions of a catheter traversal path and generating a three-dimensional model output from the trained neural network and the atrium shape. The method also includes displaying the three-dimensional model output as an early visualization in the ablation procedure.
