  • Patent number: 6905087
Abstract: A hose reel device includes a casing having a box received therein and a mandrel located in the box so that a hose is wrapped on the mandrel. A side plate is connected to an end of the box and a coil spring is disposed to the side plate. A transmission gear set located between the box and the side plate. The transmission gear set includes a first gear co-axially connected to an axle of the mandrel, and a second gear is co-axially connected to the coil spring and engaged with the first gear. A resistance gear set is engaged with the first gear and includes a clutch member which disengages the rotational movement of the first gear from the resistance gear set when pulling the hose out from the casing and connects the rotational movement of the first gear to the resistance gear set when retrieving the hose.

  • Patent number: 6644877
Abstract: A cleaning tool includes a hollow rod extending through a tank for receiving detergent and connected to a cleaning member at a lower open end of the rod. A detergent feeding mechanism is received in the rod and includes a valve body which has a lower open end sealed by a guide member extending therethrough. The rod has an aperture located in the tank so that the detergent flows into the rod. The guide member is connected to a head which is fixed to a movable member received in the rod. A collar is rotatably connected to the movable member so that when rotating the collar, the movable member together with the head is moved longitudinally in the rod to open the lower open end of the valve body so that detergent is supplied to the cleaning member. The collar is located close to the handle of the rod and is convenient to be accessed by the users.

  • Patent number: 6217244
Abstract: A sponge mop includes a post extending through a top of a frame and the frame has two extensions on each of which a roller is connected. A sponge is located between the two rollers. A lever handle is pivotally connected to the post and a link is fixedly connected between the lever handle and the ridge. A tank is connected to the post and receives cleaning detergent therein. An outlet extends from a lower end of the tank and is engaged with the hole in the frame. A seal member is removably engaged with the outlet and a control assembly is received in the tank. A lower end of the control assembly is connected to the seal member and an operation handle on a top of the control assembly is engaged with the top hole so that when rotating the operation handle, the detergent flows to the sponge.

  • Patent number: 5701639
Abstract: A securing device for footwear includes a receiving member pivotally connected to a base which is fixedly connected to the footwear and a stop extending upwardly therefrom, a toothed band having one end pivotally connected to the receiving member and the other end of the toothed band fixedly connected to a fixing member on the footwear, and an operating member which is pivotally and slidably received in a receiving space defined in the receiving member. The receiving space accesses a lateral side of the receiving member and is defined by a top, an end wall and a bottom in which a slot is defined. The operating member has a limit member extending therefrom and extending through the slot, a hole defined through the operating member so the stop movably received in the hole. An inner periphery defining the hole has a hook member extending therefrom so as to engage with the stop when tightening the toothed band and disengaged with the stop when pushing the operating member in the receiving space.
