Afterward, forming at least one conductive via for electrically connecting the first conductive elastic cantilever with the second conductive elastic cantilever.

    Abstract: A starting and generating multiplying control system and a method for using the system. The system comprises a motor drive controller, a motor and a magneto-electric change-over switch. The motor comprises a starting winding and a motor assistant winding. Both outputs of the starting winding and the motor assistant winding are connected with the motor drive controller through the magneto-electric change-over switch respectively. When the magneto-electric change-over switch turns on the starting winding and the motor drive controller, the start winding makes the motor started. After exceeding the rated speed, the magneto electric change-over switch turns on the motor assistant winding and the motor drive controller, the motor assistant winding generates motor assistant. And an electromotion mixed dynamic vehicle uses the above system and method.
