  • Publication number: 20240062415
Abstract: This application provides example terminal device localization methods and related devices. One example method includes obtaining, from a vector map, a first map point matching a first feature point in a current image frame shot by a terminal device. A second map point matching a second feature point in another image frame before the current image frame is obtained from the vector map. A pose in which the terminal device shoots the current image frame is adjusted based on a target function to obtain, as a localization result of the terminal device, a pose in which the terminal device shoots the current image frame and that is obtained after current adjustment. The target function includes a first matching error between the first feature point and the first map point and a second matching error between the second feature point and the second map point.

  • Publication number: 20230367925
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and system for calculating water-land-forage-livestock balance in a family pasture by taking forage quality into account. The method takes a family pasture as a calculation unit and starts from a water circulation process, various types of groundwater recharges of the family pasture are calculated, and an available groundwater quantity is calculated by using an exploitable coefficient method, and undergoes water-land balance calculation with an irrigation water demand and a drinking water demand of people and livestock; and total digestible nutrients of various types of forage are used to convert each type of forage into standard hay for forage-livestock balance calculation, so as to determine a maximum supportable planting area of irrigated artificial grasslands and a maximum supportable quantity of livestock raised in the family pasture.

  • Patent number: 10392631
Abstract: The present invention discloses RNAi constructs derived from a Fusarium chitin synthase gene Chs3b, which has a nucleotide sequence as shown by SEQ ID NO: 1. Five distinct RNAi vectors are constructed for 5 different segments of the Chs3b gene (named Chs3b-1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively), and separately transformed into Fusarium. It is found that siRiNAs in the transformed Fusarium shows a significant inhibition in fungal growth, development, and pathogenicity. The expression of the RNAi vectors against Chs3b in plants may inhibit the infection of Fusarium and improve the resistance of the transgenic plants to Fusarium head blight.
