Abstract: Systems and methods for securing a ladder to a gutter are disclosed. An insert includes a first portion configured to fit within an opening for the gutter and a second portion configured to form a channel configured to receive a front surface of the gutter. A number of arms extend from the second portion. The arms are selectively deformable into a number of positions, and may be wrapped around side rails of the ladder.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing adaptable, reusable, temporary landscape protection at job sites are provided. Temporary structures are constructed which extend over the landscape features when installed. Protective cloths are placed over the temporary structures while work is performed and are subsequently removed. The temporary structures are deconstructed for reconstruction in different form at different job sites to protect different landscape features. The temporary structures may be of various size and shape, specific to the landscape features.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for capturing debris from downspouts are provided. Downspout debris collection devices are installed to exits of downspouts of a gutter system for a building. A construction activity is performed at a roof of the building and netting collects debris exiting the downspouts while allowing water to escape. The downspout debris collection devices, with the collected debris trapped therein, are subsequently removed and at least the collected debris are disposed of.
