The CIA tool uses an innovative predictive scoring methodology to provide predictors on the risk of the clinical outcome of a worker's compensation claim. The CIA tool will help the nurse to manage the claim better as the tool includes specialty assessments to determine longer deviation and outcome of the claim. The CIA tool generates and provides a detailed blue print for case management and summary forms may be provided to the adjuster and/or case manager.
