    Abstract: An ultraviolet curable bond liner with a high filler content that is curable sufficiently for casting of the propellant by exposure to ultraviolet light at a wavelength between 350 and 400 nm. By irradiating the liner at this wavelength, the initiator can be activated without interference from the filler components or heat cured liner components. After the casting of the propellant, the bond liner is heat cured along with the propellant.
